Electronics Engineering Manager (based in Shenzhen) - IC

• Design and develop electronic wireless consumer products
• Product roadmap development, platform solutions, customer support and formulation of execution plan
• Provide sound technology vision and develop activities that meet global / industry wireless standards
• Verify, validate, monitor, inspect and test the products/services to ensure requirements are met
• Lead the team and manage 3rd party alliance
• Develop key talents in the organization to master core technology
• Work at multi-sites with multi-cultural teams

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience in product design and development in wireless/ mobile products
• Willing to accept new ideas and think out of the box with innovation
• Strong leadership to drive team collaboration and participation
• Sustain high energy and positive attitude
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
