Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund Operations Analyst

Assist in day-to-day operations of the firm, including trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement
Monitor and resolve trade-related issues and discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures
Assist with the onboarding of new Portfolio Managers and counterparties
Perform regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Prior experience in operations within the financial services industry, especially in Hedge Funds, Buyside is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Proficient in Python programming is preferred
Understanding of trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement processes
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
