This role will execute the objectives set by the organization for the SCM operation team. Focusing on delivering superior customer experience and drive profitability of the business handled.Key responsibilities:· Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to analytical solutioning.· Assist in performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and data quality issues.· Support the development and testing of machine learning models, NLP solutions, or basic Generative AI prototypes under guidance.· Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation tasks using Python, SQL, or cloud-based tools.· Document findings, prepare visualizations, and communicate analysis results clearly.· Continuously learn new tools and techniques to strengthen your AI/ML skillset and apply them in real business scenarios.We are looking for:· A team player having knowledge in the field of data science and AI/ML. Proficiency with programming/querying languages like python & SQL.· An individual with exposure to text analytics/NLP or machine learning projects academic experience.· A person with analytical thinking mindset comfortable with brainstorming and ideation.
