Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO maintaining an efficient and positive work environment, handling administrative responsibilities, onboarding new team members, and coordinating office activities and meetings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with ease.

  • Handle PMO activities like managing timesheets for team, generating reports, forecasting and budgeting
  • Provide a safe, convenient and comfortable working environment for staffs.
  • Manage staffs including dress code and behaviours (like pay more attention to not be tailgating or not to open gate for unknown staffs).
  • Support staffs to know more about policy and process (like reimbursement and travel).
  • BCP Support and Risk Control
  • Coordinate training for new joiners
  • Support HR and CRES on related activities locally
  • Conduct people engagement events and other office activities, for example, assist department leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks and internal affairs.
  • Handle onboarding procedures for new employees and manage the procurement of office supplies.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate meetings, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and post-meeting documentation.

 Must be a quick self-learner and possess ability to work independently
