Collaborate closely with the full team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Prepare and record journal entries for partnership accounts and special purpose vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process payments in accordance with internal policies and procedures, maintaining meticulous records.
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audit planning and preparation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Assist in preparing materials to address queries from limited partners, ensuring all responses are clear and comprehensive.
Handle Fund or Corporate tax registration, and complete quarterly/monthly VAT/CIT tax fillings.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support internal procedures and external strategic initiatives, in alignment with the scope and responsibilities of this role.

Skills Required:

Entry requirements:

Ideally a graduate in accounting or finance and qualified or part qualified accountant
or non-graduates who have obtained a professional accounting qualification
And at least two years’ experience gained within fund administration, alternative asset management and/or public accounting
Strong communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
A team player, able to work with people of all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
a Fund Practitioner Qualification will be given priority
