Leading project commissioning activities planning, execution, and reporting to support smooth project handover
Ensuring client's commissioning standards and requirements are met
Supporting project commissioning resource planning and governance
Leading technical review and approval of commissioning protocols, reports, and risk assessments
Planning and executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Overseeing 'Safe to Start' reviews before system energisation
Driving collaborative build of Commissioning Turnover Package (CTOP) contents between C&Q and construction teams
Managing change processes and problem-solving initiatives during the commissioning phase
Implementing C&Q self-inspections and supporting lessons learned documentation
Providing input on commissionability reviews during project design stages

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in commissioning within the construction or manufacturing industry
Experience in project management and leading commissioning activities
Strong understanding of building systems and construction management processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Proficiency in planning and executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Relevant certifications in commissioning or project management can be advantageous
