We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Chengdu's Gaoxin District. This position is available from the upcoming academic year in March 2026.About the schoolInternational kindergarten with multiple campuses across the country. The school offers Bilingual and International (North American) curriculum to its students where the Bilingual program offers a half day immersive English program and the international program a full day.About the RoleWe are seeking one foreign English teacher to work across both our kindergarten and training center on the same campus, starting 1 March 2026 on a 1.5 year contract. For the first six months, your schedule will be 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the kindergarten and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the training center, delivering engaging English lessons to young learners in both settings.Responsibilities

Teach daily English classes to kindergarten students aged 2–3 and young learners at the training center.
Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans and organize classroom activities that support language development.
Manage the classroom and maintain a safe, positive and orderly learning environment.
Use games, songs, stories, art, and basic technology to build students’ foundational skills and confidence.
Observe and track each child’s progress and provide simple, regular feedback on learning.
Work closely with Chinese teachers and other staff to ensure consistent routines and a supportive learning atmosphere.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
TEFL/TESOL Certificate
Excellent English communicative skills
Energetic and passionate about teaching
