Ensure the sustainable profitable growth of RR business in china by developing, introducing and delivering value-adding products and service in line with our long-term business strategy to customers.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

New Product Development

Generation of creative ideas through pre-discovery activities

Consolidate the insights by understanding the market trend and customers' needs
Generate the new ideas of products to fullfil the needs to capture the business new oppotunity
Manage the the pre-discovery projects
Design and develop new products in application segments (PCR, TBR belt, TBR carcass, OTR) to provide superior value to customers

Generate new products based on the customer needs in various application segments and innovation strategy of RR
Define the new product spec, process route and cost target accoridng to new product development process
Lead the initial stage of industralization of new products involving both customer approval process and production ramp-up at plants
Key Account Engineer(KAE) role

As the Partner with Key Account Manager to pro-actively identify, develop, introduce and deliver value-adding products and service to define the strategy account plan, in line with our long-term business strategy
Plan, organize and attend customer meetings to get customer requirements and follow up on defined activities together with KAM
Fully accountable for the fulfillment of customer requests work with Key Account Manager (e.g. product development, technical service, quality improvement etc.), by mobilizing the internal resources

SkillsPrevious ExperienceQualifications and Education

Master degree holder in engineering (Mechanical engineering/ Material science/ Applied mechanics)
5+ years relevant experience in program / project management
Experienced in managing end-to-end product/process deployment from concept through development and successfully industrialization
Excellent knowledge of new product application
Able to tackle issues structurally, with excellent English writing and oral skill
Strong communication skill
