Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Manage all equipment & facility in the plant and implement related repair and maintenance.

Lead the TPM activities in the company to improve equipment & facility Efficiency.

领导公司的全面维护活动，提高设备和设施的使用效率。

Make and upgrade equipment autonomous maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning.

制定并更新设备主维护计划和预防维护计划。

Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinates.

调度、激励、培训、协调、指导并评价下属员工。

Manage equipment and facility spare parts.

管理设备和设施零部件。

Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup.

支持设备和设施的安装和调试。

Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company's objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。QualificationsQualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求

Education学历

Bachelor Degree or above, Engineering or Management major.
本科及以上学历，机械或管理专业。

Skills技能

- Reading and understanding of technical drawings;
读懂并理解技术图纸；
- Good Chinese and English communication skill both in written and oral.
良好的中英文沟通技巧。

Experience工作经验

- Minimum 5 years work experience in production or maintenance and at least 3 years in maintenance management;
8年生产或维修经验，至少三年维修管理的经验；
- Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus.
具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑。
