To drive commodity strategy definition and implementation considering stakeholders' voice and keep evolving regularly based on supplier performance and future demand inputs.
To lead supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement of supplier performance, focusing mainly on quality, cost, delivery and sustainability.
To drive signature and renew of contracts, agreements with suppliers.
To manage and improve supplier capacity and capability.
To lead supplier selection and development according to SESPA process.
To apply 10 principles and supplier selection matrix on components RFQ and business award process.
To support NPI team and project sourcing to meet project milestones and QCD targets.
To coordinate with cross function teams to enrich cost reduction projects pool, as well as getting CRP resource and plan commitment in a reasonable manner from suppliers and internal teams. Manage and report project progress regularly.
To drive negotiations on commercial terms to meet company operation targets.
To work with SQE to resolve supplier technical queries, trouble shooting of quality, etc.
To manage and follow business operational process, SAP maintenance, prototype order, etc.
