Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio.Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantitiesCommunicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues.Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in ERP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.Additional ResponsibilitiesCoordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishmentCoordinates Import activities.Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)Prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews and consensus meetingManages SCM related tasks of quality issues.Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations and SLOBs.Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders).OrganizationDirectly Reports to: Manager of procurement and planningInteractionsCIC, Marketing, Sales, Controlling, Production, ProcurementSupplier, Warehouse, Forwarder, customs service providerQualifications:Professional Experience and EducationBachelor in business and administration or in Logistics or Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions.5 years’ experience or above in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plusSpecific knowledgeExcel masteryKnowledge in SAP/ERP, IBPVery good English skillsGood user knowledge in MS-OfficeBasic financial knowledgeBasic commercial knowledgeSpecific competenciesCustomer orientationStructured working styleGood statistical, analytical and problem solving skillsDistinct team spirit Communication skills enjoying working on international and intercultural environmentNegotiation skillsProactivity and initiativeResilienceThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
