To assist the Director of Training andwork closely with other members of the HR team.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Personallygreeting all internal/external guests, offering support and fielding inquires· Answer a widevariety of enquiries from colleagues and from prospective employees, both inperson, over the telephone and via email, and compose related correspondence· Manage alloffice administration responsibilities including all incoming and outgoingmail, faxes, and all employee filing; ensure smooth paper flow and maintain theorderliness and cleanliness of the office.· Administer thepurchasing process for training materials. Maintain accurate inventory of allsupplies and equipment within Human Resources· Maintain aconfidential filing system for employee files, correspondence, policies,standards, regulations and employment applications· Assist withreference checks and offers of employment as required· Assist HR withthe issue of lockers, nametags and Employee ID Cards to new employees· Master the HRsystem and the data input of information (employee action forms, statuschanges, training, payroll audit trail, etc.).· Assist with thecoordination and follow-up of employee relation activities including LongService Awards, Colleague Committee Receptions, General Staff Meetings andseasonal staff events/parties· To be aware ofand fully support all Raffles Human Resources Policies & Procedures· Carry outany other administrative support duties and responsibilities as assignedPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES· Solidcommunication skills, both written & verbal· A confident& dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively withall levels of an organization· Enthusiasticand positive personality; effective leader and team player, possessing a highdegree of professionalism and sound human resources management capabilities· Strongorganizationalskills, works well on their own, able to set and meet deadlines with qualityresults
