2. Work closely with global and reginal cross-functional team (Product Development，R&D，RA，Legal and Marketing) to create innovative and superior claims to support business.
3. Be responsible for developing local claim, work with marketing and legal to support in innovative testimonial design and China specific claim develop.
4. Play a critical role in the process of product name, artwork and advertisement review process, will be responsible for CSAR summary and related documentation development will also work with marketing and legal to support in writing advertising claims substantiations when needed.Global well-known personal care group.|Good leadership1.Master or Ph.D. with majors in biology, medicine, physics, chemistry, or bioengineering
2.Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills.
3.13+ years of relevant R&D, RA or clinical efficacy experience in cosmetics, skincare, or other personal care.
4.Proven team management skills, independent problem solver. Can drive alignment and solution through influences and expertise.
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills, good at collaborate with different function
6.Familiar with marketing claims (label and advertising) including claim development, testing, supporting, and defending claim.Global well-known cosmetics group.International big platform.
