1. Procurement Execution: Leveraging the company's existing qualified supplier database, execute daily procurement activities for indirect categories (group-wide purchases, office supplies, IT accessories, cleaning/landscaping services, logistics services, etc.). Complete the full procurement cycle—including RFQs, price comparisons, and order placement—to ensure precise fulfillment of procurement requirements.
2. Order Tracking: Responsible for entering, placing, and monitoring indirect procurement orders. Continuously track shipment status, logistics, delivery, and service fulfillment. Promptly report anomalies such as delays, material shortages, or service discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers for swift resolution to ensure timely delivery.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with relevant departments to verify incoming materials, confirm service delivery sign-offs, and coordinate returns/exchanges or service rectifications to ensure procurement outcomes meet requirements;
4. Payment Tracking: Collaborate with Finance to verify purchase invoices, reconcile accounts, process payment requests, organize supporting documents, and submit them per company procedures to ensure accurate and seamless indirect procurement accounting;
5. Data Analysis: Regularly aggregate procurement data, promptly record and report findings to the Procurement Supervisor, and assist the team in indirect procurement cost control, inventory optimization, and procurement process improvement;
6. Strictly enforce company procurement management policies and indirect procurement procedures, standardize procurement practices, eliminate non-compliant operations, and ensure transparent and compliant procurement processes;
7. Complete other indirect procurement execution tasks assigned by superiors.Requirements:Requirements:
1. 3+ years of procurement-related experience with knowledge of indirect procurement processes;
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields;
3. Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience at large enterprises or multinational corporations;
4. Strong English communication skills;
5. Financial background preferred;
6. Strong work ethic and teamwork spirit;
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high stress tolerance
