Senior Staff Engineer - High Power

In your new role you will:
- Provide technical support of Infineon high power products (discrete, module devices)with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in xEV related applications (Inverter, OBC/DCDC, CAV etc.)
- Sell and promote IFX related products and the differentiating features/solutions in order to achieve a design-win at the customer projects
- Feedback technical requirements from the customer into the organization
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering.
- 5+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications
- Hands-on experience on GaN/Si/SiC in xEV applications such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC, CAV etc.
- Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si, SiC. GaN etc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.
- Deep knowhow of GaN and its application in automotive is preferred
- Good customer communication/presentation skills
- Fluent speaking & writing in English
- Team work, highly self-disciplined and innovative
- Willingness to travel
