This internship will start in mid-August (based on actual dates if applying) 2025 at the European Chamber Shanghai Office. The internship should last for 4-6 months, with weekly attendance of 3 to 5 working days;Events:Assist in all stages of event planning and execution, encompassing small to large-scale seminars, hybrid events, conferences and training courses.Assist in researching topics and speakers, drafting proposals, promoting the event and handling logistical arrangements;Membership:Support membership renewal campaigns and maintain membership database.Marketing:Contribute to the layout and content creation for WeChat and newsletters;Other duties as required by the Events/Membership ManagersSkills & experience
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Foreign applicants are required to hold valid visa allowing him/her to take internship in China.
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Background in languages, marketing, communications, international business and international relations preferred;
Good interpersonal skills;
Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability of fast learning, multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
