Therefore, Volkswagen Group is consistently powering forward its “Target picture 2030” and the consistent “In China for China” approach.To date, about 50 million customers in China are driving cars from the Group brands - a customer base that is unparalleled by any other domestic or international automaker in the country.Optical FOTasks:-Vehicle level display/switch optical and dimming function definition (including Head unit, HUD, display, etc.) and release works.-Contact supplier to realized display, switch and dimming function and then release supplier.-Judge JV's display optical development and take release process.-Documentation and reporting of display optical development schedule and results to internal stakeholders, including issue reporting, tracking, and validation-Support other department for display optical and dimming test.Qualification and skills:-ProfessionalExperience:· Master's degree or above majored in optics or related subjects· Familiar with display optics or having opticalbackground· Familiar with display optical structure· Good skills on documents writing and organizing· Know vehicle architecture / electronics incl. communication protocols is betterSkills:· Familiar with vehicle communication like CAN/CAN FD/Diag andproficiency in the use of testing tools (CAN, ODIS etc.) (better)· Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and corporation· Strong ability of learning and understanding, with clear logic mind· Proactive work, strong ability to execute and outputLanguage:· Good skill in English (German is nice to have).
