Develop annual training plans based on the New Curriculum Development Plan, the company's new product launch schedule, specific requirements from various related business departments, etc. Adjust the bi-monthly training schedule as needed to ensure high attendance rates.
2. Lead the creation of relevant training manuals, coordinate with the marketing department to promote Bosch training courses. Understand the needs of relevant business departments in a timely manner and create training demands. Write relevant articles to promote Bosch training services.
3. Establish certification processes and related plans, organize smooth implementation of qualification certification work, and coordinate technical competitions and other related activities to meet relevant demands.
4 .Organize seminars for vocational schools, automotive associations, vehicle rescue organizations, fleet users, etc., to understand and develop user requirements.
5. Visit suppliers, evaluate external training resources, and utilize them effectively based on user needs and the current status of Bosch training resources to achieve training objectives.
6. Manage contracts for the training team. Implement relevant project contract procurement, payment, and other related procedures.
7. Communicate and coordinate project progress, ensuring the involvement of relevant departments, materials, suppliers, and other resources.
8. Develop survey questionnaires, conduct surveys, and propose new course requirements on behalf of users based on training feedback and user visit results. Coordinate course development plans based on user needs and organize the implementation, feedback, and improvement of new courses.
9. Compile training satisfaction analysis reports, conduct statistical analysis, and evaluate training quality.Qualifications1. Experience in after market services or training business
2. Bachelor's degree or above in automotive/transportation or related majors
3. leadership experience
4. Having high market sensitivity, able to study market trends, analyze competitor trends and strategies, develop appropriate training team strategies and business directions, utilize market information and competition analysis, optimize resource allocation, and lead training team members to implement strategies;
5. strong service product or project management experience
6. innovative and team player
7. English communication skill is preferred
8. Low-voltage electrician certificate, senior technician or automotive maintenance engineer qualification is preferredWorking Location: Shanghai or BeijingTravel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequency
