- Automotive products selling to OEM and related tier customers, including but not limited to customer visit, technical communication, RFQ follow up, project management and other related work.
- Positively communicate with different functions and global key account team to make clear key account development plan.
- Positively communicate with customers to dig up their pain points and real demands. Adjust key account development strategy to achieve the sales target and make continual growth based on competitor analysis and customer developing trends.
- Develop new clients and applications to achieve the sales target and make continual growth.
- Channel management.
- 3+ years automotive industry working experience or business development in multinational company in related industry;
- Solid knowledge of customer segments and their needs in the related market;
- Advanced communication skills, influencing skills and selling skills;
- Good time and territory management skills;
- Good English communication skill both in written and oral;
- GPC skills.
