Key contributor to integrate scientific excellence into operations. The responsibilities of this position will encompass all aspects of medical and scientific affairs for pharmaceutical and consumer health products, including consumer education, marketing material development, claims substantiation and the evaluation of scientific literature. Additionally, the position will take on the role of a Scientific Writer, contributing expertise to effectively communicate complex medical and scientific information across various channels and writing regulatory dossier components relevant for submission.Main Tasks:Medical and Scientific Affairs:· Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product development and regulatory compliance.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of products with scientific and medical standards.· Research and evaluate scientific literature, clinical studies, and emerging trends.Consumer Engagement and Education:· Develop consumer engagement strategies to enhance product knowledge and promote health awareness.· Create educational materials that effectively communicate complex medical and scientific information to consumers.· Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate medical and scientific messaging into consumer-facing materials.Marketing Material Development:· Work closely with marketing teams to develop scientifically accurate and compelling marketing materials.· Ensure all promotional content aligns with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.· Provide scientific input for campaigns and initiatives to enhance product visibility.Claims Development and Substantiation:· Lead the development and substantiation of product claims through rigorous scientific analysis.· Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with regional regulations.· Communicate scientific evidence supporting product claims to internal and external stakeholders.Scientific Writing for Regulatory Dossiers:· Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive scientific content for regulatory dossiers.· Ensure alignment of scientific writing with regulatory requirements and guidelines.· Collaborate with regulatory affairs to contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions.· Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging scientific content for both internal and external publications.Clinical Development and Operations Expertise:· Contribute clinical development expertise to guide product lifecycle from conception to market.· Oversee clinical trial design, execution, and interpretation of results.· Collaborate with operations teams to optimize clinical trial processes and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.RequirementsCritical Qualifications, Experience, 'Know-How,' and Skills:· Medical or scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).· Ideally, proven experience in medical and scientific affairs within the consumer health industry.· Knowledge of clinical development processes and operations.· Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information for various audiences.· Experience in claims development, substantiation, and regulatory compliance.· Excellent project management skills to coordinate multifaceted initiatives.· Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.· Familiarity with consumer engagement strategies and educational material development.· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.· Adherence to ethical standards in medical and scientific communications.BenefitsWe Will Offer You....
