Responsible for EC KOL GMV&budget&negotiation,includingTmall&Tiktok&Kuaishou etc2. Collaborate with TP/DP to expand KOL pool3. KOL performance& key competitor activities/performance tracking4. Polish SOP to improve execution efficiency & accuracy, make sure KOL improve brand equity- Trade Marketing 30%1. Monthly promotion plan & analysis2. Benchmark competitor's action analysis - Kerastase / Rene Furterer/ Vichy/Off&relax etc3. Monthly rolling forecast for products & GWP, secure safety stock as well as fcst accuracyWho you are ?1. At least 3 years e-commerce operation experience, T-mall or Tiktok is must.
2. Experience in KOL Management and have related resources.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills, can work under fast-pacing environment.
