- According to the requirements of the design task, design products in accordance with relevant standards, regulations and technical requirements to meet the design index and schedule requirements.
- Collect relevant technical information, conduct vital research and study, actively adopt a sophisticated technologies and techniques according to technical and economic analysis and practical experience at home and abroad, and seek ways to reduce product costs.
- Verify the processability and feasibility of design solutions, be responsible for errors in design documents, and ensure the correctness of design output documents.
- Responsible for the design tasks undertaken to the end, according to the planning arrangements for design delivery, carefully handle the design issues involved in the process of processing, assembly, testing and verification.
- Participate in each design phase review, prepare phase summary reports, take active measures to improve deviations, and be responsible for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Responsible for the completion of all phases of delivery documents, including the preparation of "technical standards", "inspection standards" and "specifications" for the designed products.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, purchasing, quality and production to drive projects to successful implementation.
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical engineering and related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical product development and able to undertake design tasks independently.
- Proficiency in operating major design software, such as ProE, SoProven Edge or UG, etc.
- Good communication skills, read and write English well, and can communicate in a simple oral manner
- Familiar with engineering simulation software for mechanical/acoustic/aerodynamic analysis, such as FEA, CFD, etc.
- Familiar with ISO9001, IS045001, PED standards and requirements, proven experiences preferred.
