• Provide technical support and technical proposal to customers during product evaluation, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including application notes, datasheets, and FAQs.
• Support field sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements and product promotions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or product development, valve actuation product design.
• Solid understanding of electronics, electric and automation control design, or software applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Solid Edge Solidworks, AutoCAD
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Solid knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic design
