- Provide assistance to management on potential business needs leads, and follows-up on existing customers, in order to help develop product sales.
- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with the customer.
- Develops and masters researching techniques to identify prospective customers, and to identify the decision makers in the prospective organizations.
- Develops and manages relationships with assigned prospects and customers and works with the sales staff to assess account potential.
- Assists in up-selling opportunities.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related disciplines plus generally five years of relevant experience in handing business development or sales activity.
- Knowledgeable in new product development and portfolio management concepts.
- Demonstrated ability on how to develop a business.
