Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Project ManagerProject Engineer（>3 years）Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the Middle Voltage Primary Switchgear in Xiamen/China.You will be mainly accountable for:1)Electrical design of medium-voltage switchgear and project management of complex projects.
2)Engage with customers to negotiate and finalize technical agreements
3)Optimize project design and promote standardization.
4)Provide robust technical support both internally to colleagues and externally to clients, be mentor to new employees, assistant engineers, engineers.You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role1) Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
2) Over 3 years’ experience of electrical design, experience in medium-voltage switchgear is preferred.
3) Strong understanding of power systems, such as high-voltage technology, power system analysis, and protection relay..
4) Good communication and logical thinking ability.
5) Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
6) Strong focus on quality and cost control.
7) Proficient in office software, such as EPLAN, AutoCAD.Job Training
