Efficiently arrange staff tasks, ensuring optimal productivity and coordination.
Assist with organizing and facilitating team and events
Collaborate with the Engineering leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and initiatives for the engineering organization
Partner with internal stakeholders to organize events for recruiting, milestone celebrations, and company traditions
Facilitate effective communication channels within the engineering organization and ensure key messages are disseminated
Be the go-to person for general operational questions and troubleshooting
Give constructive feedback to Engineers and address inter-personal issues

What you'll bring:

Functional testing experience, including defining test strategy, test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
Expertise with automated testing tools and strategies.
Understanding of web application structure and potential "soft spots".
Recent exposure to a startup environment building and contributing to a test framework, including automation, from the ground up.
You will have a solid understanding of various Test Frameworks and Automation of frontend and backend systems.
Experience with Docker
Experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts and tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Experience with performance engineering and profiling and tools such as JMeter, K6.
API testing (RESTful, gRPC)
A passion for testing, development, and solving challenging technical problems.
Working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
Working experience with one or more test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright.
Ability to prioritize test activities and testing tasks.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Demonstrated skills using code repositories and Atlassian tools (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools).

Bonus Points:

Experience in testing high-availability Enterprise scale and SaaS offerings.
Microservice testing.
Knowledge of Lua Programming Language
Experience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration systems (ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm/Data Center).
Experience measuring and testing quality for a high-availability PaaS or SaaS offering
Experience with working Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure
