B. Works in close communication with the OE-ES in the various division units for the sites in China
C. Checks whether national requirements conflict with Bosch-internal regulations on electrical safety.
D. Technical direction competence to the LO-ES for sites in China without an OE-ES.
E. Organization of regional LO-ES expert meetings
F. Responsible for the professional electrical safety organization at associated sites without division unit assignment within the regional subsidiary
G. Responsible for compliance with laws, policies, standards and guidelines in the region and associated countries
Electrical system management in RBCN
A. Organize TPM for electrical system maintenance, such as power distribution room management, lighting system management, generator maintenance, UPS maintenance and etc.
B. Renovation project support refer to electrical system.
C. Hook-up.
D. Spare parts plan and warehouse management, decrease maintenance cost.
E. Coordination of external service providers and power bureau.
F. Energy consumption management.
G. DDC system and Energy monitoring system operation and maintenance.Qualificationsa. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering
b. Certified electrical engineer
c. Good English skill (reading, writing and speaking.)
d. Good skills of MS, CAD software
e.
5 years working experience in HV and LV System operation.
f. Overall facility management knowledge, esp. electrical safety
