- Develop the 5 year global strategy and marketing plans for the brand, partnering with Consumer Insight & Analytics priority markets across APAC.
- Partner with CI to leverage consumer and market insights to deliver data driven strategies and plans. Stays alert to external market and consumer trends to ensure our strategy and plans have a competitive edge.
- Own the brand DNA (brand positioning) and DBA's (Distinctive Brand Assets) and embed the desired brand experience with local teams and distributors.
- Co-pilot as required with priority markets to develop consumer and healthcare professional content to fuel full-funnel communications.
- Develop the innovation strategy, claims and new product pipeline on priority demand spaces. Lead process to generate winning consumer ideas for NPD/EPD/claims with CI&A and R&D.
- Marketing head for NPD/EPD/claims projects. Own the marketing jobs to be done to deliver innovation launches (winning concept, packaging, business case and launch plans in collaboration with priority markets).
- Manage marketing agencies in the agency ecosystem to deliver on global objectives.
- Plan and manage global marketing budget.
- 8+ years marketing experience in Personal care industry, hair or skincare experience is desirable
- Local and multi market/ global brand management
- Global brand strategy development e.g. Brand positioning, brand architecture, communication
- NPD, claims development and packaging
- Global launches
