We combine global expertise and technology to help keep us thriving in the competition.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:· Lead the strategic direction and management of the testing function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.· Oversee multiple testing teams, ensuring that testing phases for projects are executed to the highest standards.· Champion the adoption of advanced testing methodologies and automation, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.· Engage with global testing teams to share best practices and integrate advanced testing approaches across the organization.· Manage relationships with vendors, conducting thorough testing to identify product weaknesses and collaborating on comprehensive improvement plans.· Provide senior-level negotiation and conflict resolution within the project management framework, ensuring risks are managed to acceptable levels.· Exhibit exceptional risk management skills, independently balancing risk and effectiveness with strategic oversight.· Mentor and develop testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
