Job responsibility:1.Communicate with China control customers and overseas agent to arrange cargo booking, pickup, customs declaration, and other related matters according to instructions.2.Proactively work with China control customers for the transportation solutions.3.Promptly follow up on the tracking of cargo status.4.Be capable of handling matters independently, coordinating with customers, overseas sites, and relevant departments to address cargo abnormalities when they occur.5.Be capable of managing the team to fit with the productivity and volume target.6.Be familiar with the operational requirements of major shipping routes.7.Support sales and department head to develop China control business.Job requirement:1.Diploma holder or above.2.Minimum 7 years of experience in forwardings.3.Strong communication and collaboration skills.4.Good spoken English and Mandarin.5.Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.6.Strong knowledge of ocean freight, particularly for China control business
