Job Summary维护电商平台,对接电商渠道采购,完成销售指标。与市场部对接完成品牌任务。Maintain the e-commerce platform, connect with e-commerce channel buyers, and achieve sales targets.Coordinate with the Marketing Department to complete the brand tasks.General Responsibilities
  • 电商平台日常运营管理
负责天猫、京东、拼多多、抖音、小红书等主流电商平台的日常运营,包括商品上下架、页面优化、活动报名、库存监控等,维护与采购的日常关系。
Manage daily operations on major e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu), including product listing, page optimization, campaign registration, and inventory monitoring, maintain the relationship with the buyers. * 营销活动策划与执行策划并执行平台大促(如618、双11)、品牌日、日常促销等活动,协调内部团队确保活动顺利上线。
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11, Brand Days), coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. * 内容与商品管理负责商品信息维护、价格策略制定、促销机制设置,优化商品标题、主图、详情页等内容以提升转化率。
Manage product content and pricing, optimize titles, images, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion. * 用户运营与私域建设通过会员体系、社群、直播等方式提升用户粘性与复购率,收集用户反馈推动优化。
Enhance user engagement and retention through membership programs, communities, and livestreaming; gather feedback for continuous improvement. * 数据分析与策略优化利用生意参谋、京东商智等工具进行数据监控与分析,输出报告并提出优化建议。
Analyze performance data using tools like Business Advisor and JD Data, generate reports, and propose actionable insights. * 平台对账与财务协同每月核对平台账单,确保销售数据、佣金、费用明细准确无误,协助财务完成结算与发票开具。
Handle monthly reconciliation with platforms, verify sales, commissions, and fees, and support finance in settlement and invoicing.Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Can monitor sales performance of the customer and compliance to agreed trade activities.
  • Successfully resolve operational issues and escalate internally where needed.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the business plan, the actual situation versus expected results and communicates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre and post ROI evaluations of promotional events to improve the effectiveness of A&P.
Education
  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、等相关专业优先;
