Execute and support process migrations and delivery based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLA.

Ensures effectiveness, efficiency & continuity of the operation.

Support and foster process improvements and contribute to GBS+ quality goals.

Support and guide junior employees in his area of responsibility.

Support in stakeholders' management.

Accountabilities (Time in %)

Follow up the invoices which are outstanding or about to due on time. 30%

Reconciliation with customer and get AR statement confirmation from customer regularly, follow up the AR discrepancy. 30%

Help manager to monitor and review team performance. Resolve issues among team and across functions to achieve targeted team performance. 15%

Help lead system implementation and process improvement and quality control in team. 15%

Keep good communication with business and related team. 10%

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economic.
At least 1-3 years' relevant experience in Finance.
Has working experience in project.
Self-motivated individual possessed a mature and responsible nature.
Good English skill both in oral and written.
