Mainly responsible for handling the 0km and field issues at customer site, arrange and manage 3rd party service at customer side and in-house.
Responsible for return, testing and analysis of warranty part, and submit the analysis report to customer in time.
Record the customer complaint information and relevant cost in SAP, and monitor the booking status.
Responsible for customer portal maintenance and management.
Interface with customer regarding quality related topics, including customer feedback, customer special requirement, quality agreement, etc.
Your Profile as Warranty Engineer:
At least 3 years working experience in quality area in automotive industry.
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanics or Engineering background.
Fluent English in reading and writing.
Experienced in problem solving especially be familiar with 8D, Ishikawa, 5-why, A3.
Be familiar with field failure analysis procedure, eg. VDA FFA.
