We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Assistant Vice President (AI) - Data and Analytics - PROCESS MANAGEMENT.Principal responsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to improve customer experience and operational efficiency in regulated environment.Develop and optimize pipelines across cloud environments to support the AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to meet the required performance metrics.Test, evaluate and monitor performance of the AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to make adjustment as necessary.Collaborate with IT teams, business units and stakeholders in agile delivery model.Ensure the solution developed is reliable, scalable and secure.Ensure data quality, model governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop solution playbook and conduct training of the required development capabilities.RequirementsStrong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.Proven experience deploying AI/ML, NLP and LLM-powered solution in production.Proficiency in development of RAG or agent-based systems based on Python, cloud-based or open-source AI development framework.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data and AI services.Solid experience of data modelling and data integration techniques.Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred.Innovative mind set with entrepreneurial spirit to execute quickly.Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
