- Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
- Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
- Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
- Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basis
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- TEFL/TESOL Certificate
- Excellent English communicative skills
- Energetic and passionate about teaching
- Monthly salary ranging from 14,500 to 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance from 2,500 to 5,000 RMB
- Monthly performance bonus 500 to 1,000 RMB
- Attendance bonus 600 RMB per month
- Monthly management allowance from 0 - 4,000 RMB per month (management workload dependent)
