- Consistent high quality service to customers (outside & within).
- To contribute to the greater increase in efficiency and the effectiveness of CPBB Ops HK CDD HNW TRR.
- End to End ownership of Request for Information (RFI) / Trigger Risk Review (TRR) cases and pro-actively manage the progress to completion status. Work with high attention and robust connection with RM for TRR review clients
- Engage existing business clients in the collection of detailed customer information and supporting documentation required for the completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) profile for periodic reviews and reviews which are trigger generated, as well as any other CDD reviews triggered by projects
- Act as the focal point for CDD information clarification among RM, customers, CDD operations and Compliance. Client contact for RFI and TRR is needed, especially for clients not managed by RM. Participate in CDD related process reviews for individual clients with an aim to comply with regulatory or policy changes, as well as to improve customer experience and service turnaround time. Performing research, assess in strict compliance with all internal and external Know Your Customer regulations and policies with ongoing review
- Support and encourage others to practice in professional manner that reflect CPBB Ops HK CDD HNW TRR service quality. Contributing ideas for improvements of processes and procedures. Fully support team cross support when need.
- Protect the Bank's reputation by knowing the customer, monitoring suspicious behavior, and taking appropriate action in compliance with established policy and guideline. Follow and comply with AML/CDD policies and procedures on CDD review of a full range of financial products which including cash management, trade, treasury, investment, insurance, loan etc. To comply with regulated activities of Relevant Individuals under SFO and Technical Representative under HKFI where applicable
- Comply with regulatory, Group and the Bank's requirements for CDD review
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Serve as a Director of the Board
- Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Associatio
- Understands and knows who the stake holders are and meets SLAs.
- Able to provide timely and accurate response to queries / request raised by Stakeholders
- EDUCATION: CDD related training.
- MS Office (Excel,Word,Outlook, etc.)
