  • Machine, Tool, Labor, Layout capacity management
  • Capacity improvement plan
Cost analysis and cost improvement management:
  • Cost analysts are involved in detailed cost research and comparative analysis including to competitors.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives
Upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target:
  • Identify, lead & drive efficiency improvement projects to reduce the conversion cost;
  • Set and control the manufacturing standard time
Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education with IE major
Qualification & Certification:
  • Familiar with MS office software
  • Familiar with Auto-CAD drawing
Experience:
  • 4+ years on industrial engineering experience, lean/6 six sigma related
  • Cost analysis related background is plus;
  • Have independent project leader experience
Technical Skill & Competencies:
  • Layout for exist and new expansion, Optimize the plant/workshop layout to improve space utilization
  • Capacity forecast and adjustment, analysis improvement opportunity and make investment proposal
  • Lead labor efficiency & line balance improve/optimization
  • Involve key project detail design of machine/material/process
  • Deep understand of IE toolset, such as ECRS/Time study/cell design
