Participate in technical design of features with guidance.
Take ownership and accountability for production incidents, in terms of timely communication, escalation and incident hygiene.
Identify potential system improvements and explain their benefits.
Support the establishment of a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data
Continuously contribute to code, ensuring compliance with all relevant controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standard.
Keep up-to-date and have an understanding of the specific impact of the functional delivery, the business context of change and how a delivery may impact other functional areas.
