## What you’ll do:"We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Marketing team as a Senior Specialist, Commercial Analytics & Market Insights.
This role is designed to bridge data analytics and market insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving overall commercial performance. The position will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights by leveraging Power BI, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and structured analytical frameworks.""
1\. Commercial Analytics & Data Visualization
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business visibility
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.) into a unified analytics framework
  • Analyze sales pipeline, performance trends, and key business drivers
  • Provide forward-looking insights to support management decision-making
  • Continuously improve reporting automation and data accuracy
2\. Market Insights & Opportunity Identification
  • Conduct structured market and customer analysis:
  • Market trends, segmentation, and growth drivers
  • Competitive landscape and positioning
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential gaps in the market
  • Build and maintain a centralized market & opportunity database
  • Translate data and research into clear, actionable business insights
3\. Sales Operations & Performance Tracking
  • Enhance sales performance visibility and pipeline transparency
  • Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting processes
  • Improve data quality and discipline within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Establish standardized reporting cadence and performance tracking mechanisms
4\. Data Governance & Digital Enablement
  • Promote adoption of data-driven tools and processes across teams
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance standards
  • Provide guidance and support on Power BI and CRM usage
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics capability
5\. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key interface between:
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Operations / Supply Chain
  • Ensure alignment between:
  • Market insights
  • Commercial execution
  • Business planning
"## Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field)
"5–8+ years of experience in:
  • Commercial analytics / business analytics / market insights / sales operations
"## Skills:"Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI (mandatory)
  • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proven experience in:
  • Data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting automation
Experience with forecasting / SIOP / demand planning is a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools"
