1.Design and develop PCBA test fixtures, programs, and procedures for both prototype and mass production, utilizing tools including ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Test), Boundary Scan, and functional test systems.2.Optimize existing test processes and platforms to improve test efficiency, enhance test coverage, and reduce equipment downtime rate.
3.Manage spare parts inventory and equipment documentation; provide training to relevant personnel on test station operation and maintenance.
4.Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to drive resolution.
5.Collaborate with BU test industrialization teams and R&D teams to identify potential risks in test strategies for manufacturing production.QualificationsJob Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex PCBA test failures efficiently.
Proficiency in using common test benches and software, including LabVIEW, TestStand, and ICT software based on Keysight & Teradyne platforms.
Solid knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT) principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., IPC standards) is a plus; possession of GB certification is an added advantage.
Relevant professional background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or above preferred).
Proven experience in PCBA test fixture/program development and test process optimization (preferred for mass production environments).
