▪ Calculate cost of MAE /EWAK building material and labor, then provide formal quotation to customer
▪ Organize and coordinate multi-function team to ensure all project fulfill time, cost and specification
▪ Responsible for cost, quality, and timing of project by professional project management method
▪ Drive and organize each milestone of a project follow the project management standard
▪ Organize kick off, design review to ensure technical concept aligned with customer requirement
▪ Monitor and follow up project status, and report to management review meeting
▪ Project time planning, organize regular project meeting and documentation of the project management
▪ Track and follow up cost control in whole project, trigger cost plus/minus list and align with customer in time
▪ Organize multi-function team to release MAE according to Bosch standard
▪ Follow up the project open point list until all points are closed
▪ Drive and organize lessons learned at the end of project
▪ Strong risk management consciousness and skill1) 与客户深度交流，弄清客户需求，形成具体的设备规格
2) 估算设备、工装制造的材料和人工成本，并给客户提供正式的设备报价
3) 组织并协调多领域团队来确保实现项目的时间，成本目标和规格要求
4) 通过项目管理的方法，对项目的成本、质量和时间要求全面负责
5) 主导和组织每个项目的里程碑遵循非标项目管理标准
6) 组织项目启动和设计评审，确保技术理念与客户需求相统一
7) 监督并跟进项目状态，在管理评审会议上进行汇报
8) 规划和跟进项目时间，组织项目例会和项目管理的文件
9) 追踪跟进整个项目的成本控制，启动成本调整清单并及时与客户达成共识
10) 组织多领域团队，根据Bosch标准验收设备
11) 跟进项目问题直到全部解决
12) 在项目结束时，主导和组织项目经验教训总结
13) 良好的风险管理意识和方法Qualifications▪ University engineering or administration bachelor’s degree
▪ At least 3-5years working experience in manufacturing or engineering, automotive industry background will be preferred
▪ Project management skill related to automotive products
▪ Skillful English in speaking and writing
▪ Strong communication skill, cost consciousness and Initiative1) 大学工程或管理专业本科毕业
2) 至少3-5年生产或工程领域的工作经验，最好有自动化行业背景
3) 与自动化产品设备相关的项目管理技能
4) 娴熟的英语口语和书写技能
