- Analyze the market, customer needs and future trends in collaboration with marketing team; assist Business Line Manager in proposing product portfolio strategy in China.
- Champion new product development & promotion programs, including voice of the customer research, establishing target costs, creating the master specification and project justification. Actively participate in project meetings and coordinate the product launch in Customer Center.
- Give support to sales force and distributors with training material and conduct training to improve product knowledge, application knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.
- Work with Communications personnel to develop and maintain product specifications, literature, presentations, video, animation and case studies.
- Research competition and perform competitive analysis, track the market share information. Maintain a portfolio of competitor information along with competitive comparisons for the sales force.
- Communicate product and business-related information among the Product Companies, Division and the Customer Center.
- Coordinate with key functions in the product companies such as logistics and production to secure an efficient delivery performance.
- To achieve Epiroc “to be customer First in Choice” of the market by value added and care service to the current and potential customers.
- Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues.
- Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites.
- University degree in Exploration or mining discipline
- Fluent both in Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
- Proactive, can work under pressure
- Self-starter, Result-driven
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
