1- Lead and manage maintenance technicians, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring team members are trained and motivated
2- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs
3- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment for employees and prevent accidents
4- Manage budgets, materials, and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals within allocated resources
5- Monitor and analyze equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency and reliabilityDifferentiating Criteria
Team Management:
10 people managedAre you a MATCH?1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
2. 3+ years of experience in industrial environment with knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment and machinery
3.
