Manage and coordinate with Contractors maintenance activities in the plant.Incident investigation
Participate maintenance related incident investigation.
Follows up with maintenance related recommendations.
Reviews incident reports with Mechanical technicians.COST REDUCTION
Follow strategies, establishes cost metrics and measure maintenance (Mechanical) cost performance.Responsible for planning the annual OPEX budget against the established PM tasks and anticipated CM tasks.Follow maintenance (Mechanical) and TA budget.Monitors spending and identifies opportunities to improve cost performance.Job Requirements:
- Hands-on capability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including motors, MCCs, VFDs, power distribution, and control panels
- Experience with industrial instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters)
- Ability to perform loop checks, calibration, and commissioning of instruments
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and P&IDs
- Familiar with PLC-based control systems and basic online troubleshooting (programming experience is a plus)
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of E&I equipment
- Proficient in using electrical test instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and calibrators
- Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards and practices (LOTO, arc flash awareness, grounding)
- Basic computer skills; experience with CMMS and control systems is an advantage
- Technical diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
