  • Lead disease area educational needs assessments and align with the Outreach team and applicable Medical leads
  • Oversee the strategic evaluation and approval process for educational grants and IME in compliance with internal SOPs
  • Serve as the GMAO strategic point of contact for interacting with grant requestors and internal partners
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and project management activities related to educational grants and IME processes
  • Monitor the status of medical education programs and audit/report on their metrics and impact
  • Design and implement internal communication plans to share metrics and impact of supported educational activities
  • Partner with global, regional, and local compliance to educate relevant cross-functional teams on regulations and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Leads complex product development projects with expertise in market analysis and customer needs
  • Independently manages regulatory filing processes and advises on improvements
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems, applying knowledge to complex situations
  • Advanced skills in Quality Assurance, capable of guiding others in improvement processes
  • Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, providing guidance in complex scenarios
  • Skilled in detailed task management and advising on maintaining precision
  • Advanced auditing skills, capable of making recommendations and coaching others
  • Executes advanced interpersonal communications and anticipates communication needs
  • Proficient in handling complex compliance situations and providing guidance
  • Performs advanced risk management tasks and improves processes
