- Lead disease area educational needs assessments and align with the Outreach team and applicable Medical leads
- Oversee the strategic evaluation and approval process for educational grants and IME in compliance with internal SOPs
- Serve as the GMAO strategic point of contact for interacting with grant requestors and internal partners
- Manage the day-to-day operational and project management activities related to educational grants and IME processes
- Monitor the status of medical education programs and audit/report on their metrics and impact
- Design and implement internal communication plans to share metrics and impact of supported educational activities
- Partner with global, regional, and local compliance to educate relevant cross-functional teams on regulations and best practices
- Leads complex product development projects with expertise in market analysis and customer needs
- Independently manages regulatory filing processes and advises on improvements
- Proficient in Quality Management Systems, applying knowledge to complex situations
- Advanced skills in Quality Assurance, capable of guiding others in improvement processes
- Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, providing guidance in complex scenarios
- Skilled in detailed task management and advising on maintaining precision
- Advanced auditing skills, capable of making recommendations and coaching others
