Specify procurement strategy in accordance with Commodity Management, BU purchasing strategy, regional strategy4. Analysis and evaluation of supplier quotations5. Compliance with Game Rules, signature directives and VC standards in Purchasing Development and implementation of Commodity Strategy (in APAC)6. Negotiation of annual contracts with support of global or regional Purchase Managers7. Define & negotiate basic terms & conditions for suppliers in the commodity (e.g. Framework Agreement, delivery & payment terms, etc.)8. Transfer projects to Logistics and Supplier Quality9. RFQ processing10. Cost estimates11. Selection of series suppliers together with Purchasing Manager / Commodity Manager12. Troubleshooting / Support of Logistics and SQA13. Responsible for optimized product cost in close cooperation with development14. Price negotiation on product level15. Invoice verification and release within the limitsQualifications:1. Engineering Bachelor degree or above or master in technical or Professional Experience:2.Purchasing experience (5 years)2.1Commodity Manager (1 year / option)2.2Project Buyer (3 years)2.3In total 5 years experience in automotive industry3. Specialized knowledge:3.1 Technical know how in main commodities of VC ( e.g. Compounds, stampings, aluminum die casting, tubes, extrusions …)3.2Supply chain processes (supplier – VC – customer)3.3Project Management skills in automotive industry3.4Quality management in automotive industry3.5Negotiation skills4.
