  • You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, future-oriented retailing, home furnishing, people's life at home and the IKEA product range.
  • You have experience in home furnishing, design and how people live at home, working in a fast retail environment and visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Key responsibilities (title) A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH USKey responsibilities (text) • Lead a team of Interior Design co-workers in creating the store Showroom matrix that reflects a wide variety of styles, living situations and price levels that create a good tempo with distinct visual impressions.
  • Lead and manage a team of Interior Design co-workers and inspire and challenge them to strenghten the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation and home furnishing solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes and sales support areas.
  • Actively approaching customers by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors' expectations.
Team vision ( title) TOGETHER AS A TEAMTeam vision (text) • Support the Com&In team in securing high quality carpentry and paintwork throughout the store in a simple, safe, cost-effective and efficient way.
  • Use knowledge of people's life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range.
  • Prioritise the work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.
