- Guaranteeing the safety, reliability and high efficiency performance, responds to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.
- According to the demands of functional departments, implement the equipment optimization projects, guarantee the effectively implementation according to project plan.
- Initiating equipment improvement projects for processes and production lines, and cooperate with Equipment Engineering team to finish the acceptance validation to reduce downtime improve productivity, OEE and FPT, continuously increase operational efficiency.
- Training the equipment operators and maintenance operators, monitor the properly operation and maintenance, to guarantee the safety.
- Monitoring the efficiencies of manufacturing equipment, continuously improve OEE.
- Participating to define the maintenance planning, monitoring the effectively implementation, continuously improve the maintenance effectiveness
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering related professional
- More than 5 years of experience in production automatic equipment design, LV installation related or similar background preferred
- Familiar with CAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, etc.
- Good knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes, master the key technologies of automatic equipment
- Familiar with the knowledge of automation equipment (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.), fast find out the root causes of equipment, define effective solutions
- Good knowledge of equipment improvement projects: to lead the project and successfully deliver according to project schedule
- Familiar with 5S, Lean Production, TPM, Quality Tools, etc., Lean Specialist, Six Sigma belts or QWins Q6 methodology is preferred
- Proficiency skill for Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint
