The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and onboard opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter that has the ability to problem solve. The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment and with cross functional teams, globally.Key job responsibilities
· Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
· Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
· Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
· Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
· Work closely with other team to grow revenue in assigned territory
· Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
· Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
· Ensure customer satisfactionWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Xiamen, 35, CHNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Over 5 years of sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment of logistics (preferred in import/export freight forwarding field)
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail
- Spoken language from the region would be a plus
- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred
