Learn more at .1. Develop and execute the annual/quarterly sales targets, marketing strategies, and action plans for the East China region for home appliance2. Be fully accountable to achieve regional sales KPIs (sales revenue, collection, market share). Monitor performance through data analysis, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to exceed targets.3. Maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Handle major business negotiations and contracts to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty4. Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively5. Work together with technical Dept, technical service, and reach budget for non-sewing business in the assigned sales area.6. Offer reliable, customer-focused performance and take complete ownership of daily business activitiesH.B.
